Telephone answering is appalling,we phoned on and off for 2 hours but couldn't get through,it was late afternoon before we finally got through,it's a good job we didn't need repeat prescriptions urgently as we would have been struggling.

Suggested improvements
Needs vast improvement to the telephone answering and needs better receptionists.
