Bishopgate medical centre are now refusing to treat patients who are unable and exempt from wearing a mask!
Suggested improvements
Inform patients of this before you drag them down to the surgery just to turn them away

Telephone answering is appalling,we phoned on and off for 2 hours but couldn't get through,it was late afternoon before we finally got through,it's a good job we didn't need repeat prescriptions urgently as we would have been struggling.
Suggested improvements
Needs vast improvement to the telephone answering and needs better receptionists.
