the appt system is incompetent to say the least, the website needs to have available appointments added throughout the day, to have to constantly phone them at 8.30am is ridiculous.

Reception staff are lovely and very welcoming. The nurse I saw was rough and surly, the doctor I saw was uninterested and didn't even bother to introduce himself to me.
