i tried to phone for an appointment every time they picked up phone then put straight back down i went in there was no patients in front of me i was first in line i still had to wait 20 minutes before the receptionist even acknowledged i was there even though i made my presents known. i inquired about getting a copy of my medical records ( i need a copy for my job) i was told i would need to make an appointment with my gp i said can i make an appointment she made me one. i arrived on the day of the appointment which was supposed to be at 10.30 am on monday 3rd october 2016 i signed in with the receptionist at 10.20 at 11.10 am i still had not been seen i spoke to the rude receptionist who told i would be seen when i will be seen and that i was rude. at 11.45 i still had not been seen i spoke to the other receptionist she checked my name on file and said we are sorry but the appointment was not booked i stated i cam in only 3 days previous on the friday and was told my appointment was monday 10.20 she told me all she can do is re book my appointment only problem is appointment is not for another 10 days

Perhaps you could kindly make contact with the practice manager to discuss these matters so we can look to help you? Hannah Price is in most days and can be contacted by asking for her at reception on 01843 848818. We cannot address complaints via a feedback questionnaire.
