I have received a call from my Doctor requesting me to call back. Having been seen last evening by the GP I am somewhat concerned about the call and why he wanted to speak with me. I called and was immediately put on hold and informed by automated message that I was first in the queue to be answered. I waited 21 minutes to be answered !!!!

I am very sorry to hear of your frustration with waiting for your call to be answered. This isn't the level of service we aim to provide to our patients. We do have occasional problems with our phone system, and any feedback concerning this is very helpful to us. If you can provide further details e.g. the telephone number you called into the surgery from, I can track the call and identify what the problem was.
