Yesterday I had to contact the surgery regarding additional medicine my wife urgently required (antibiotics) . I phoned the surgery at 0800 and got through almost immediately. The lady who answered me was very polite, took all my details and said I would be contacted later that day.
Sure enough, later that day, Barbara (Nurse Practitioner) rang and discussed my wife’s problems. She immediately issued a prescription and I had the drugs required within the hour.
5* service from Birchington Medical Centre again. My thanks to all involved. (Carer)
