Unfortunately my last visit to the surgery was unsatisfactory. The computers were down apparently so I was unable to log in. I subsequently joined the queue to book in with the receptionist. She asked me my name and which doctor I was due to see, wrote the details on a piece of paper, and then told me to take a seat. I waited for exactly one hour before I decided to enquire how much behind the doctor was with his appointments. The receptionist then informed me that I was not booked in !! The matter was resolved eventually.
