Receptionist - rude, poor customer service, unsympathetic! Terrible experience.
Suggested improvements
Retrain your staff - reception staff lack humanity! I think they forget they work in a service that deals with people who are in pain, suffering or anxious! Aren't they lucky not to be on the receiving end of their dreadful words!
