I experienced a fantastic service with this practice. Reading other reviews, people seem to have the perception that waiting times and being unable to get an appointment straight away is just the fault of the surgery. I feel however that if you look at the bigger picture, the whole of the NHS are experiencing these issues. If your appointment is not a genuine emergency then you will have to wait for an appointment and this is surely to be expected? I found the young man on reception very helpful, both on the phone and in person and he ensured my whole patient experience was professional and as easy as can be, ensuring I was followed up with a phone call and booked in. I cannot thank the hardworking team enough for the work they do at this practice. . Well done and keep up the good work.
