Have been trying to contact the surgery in preparation for a hip replacement - it is a soul destroying experience. Every telephone call is prefaced by a 4 minute long lecture, 9 or 10 options then a wait of anything between 25 -40 minutes. Results in my online record? N/A, N/A, N/A. If this is the NHS way of operating 'digital first' the future doesn't look too good. We were promised new things under new management - we have the same failings: long waits, poor access and a bunker mentality.....except we don't even get to see people face to face now.

Increase capacity, improve 'customer' service, listen and respond properly to your patients comments
