I am at a loss to understand why the surgery is still not seeing people F2F as most surgery’s and primary care are now seeing patients.
As a nurse myself and work with receptionists regularly I feel the reception is given too much “power” to decide what people need with little medical knowledge to back up decisions that are made. I was told to make an appointment for blood test 2 week wait,decided to get my college to do it,results next day but unable to discuss this as receptionist told me although I need to have an appointment it would be routine,I asked the results but she can’t discuss that ,GP appointment is telephone in 3 weeks ,god help you if you are really unwell or having long term medical issues

Where are all the staff... ...working from home.?
Bring them all back in
