Today's care was great. No appointment but I was seen within 10 minutes by a doctor. Improvement could be in office reception. The level of noise- conversations, laughter, squealing last night e t c was audible, not only when waiting in reception but also in the waiting room- it was very quiet in the waiting room today.

Nothing my 18 month granddaughter screaming in pain, no one answered phone went to A and E to be told they can't treat her and apt all docs 5:15 this is 2 pm came across docs, even had to sit for over three quarter hours for doctor.

All the doctors are excellent especially Dr Peter Hodkin. Have total competence in him because he is extremely professional and always very helpful and courteous. It is difficult to get appointments with preferred doctor. Telephone system is a nightmare especially at 08.30 am. You have to ring many, many times. There is a tendency for all doctors to run late on appointments indicating that insufficient time is being allocated for doctors to deal with patients.
