This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. Good morning, thank you for your feedback. We will ensure your comment is passed onto Dr Wilcox. The online system allows you to book appointments for blood tests, order repeats prescriptions and view your health record. We also offer an eConsult service which you are able to access via the NHS app where you can submit both administrative and clinical forms which are then reviewed by our surgery team and you will receive a response explaining the action taken within 48 hours.
