This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. The online system is still restricted to us but getting better. Dr Philip Wilcox is great

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. We will ensure your comment is passed onto Dr Wilcox. The online system allows you to book appointments for blood tests, order repeats prescriptions and view your health record. We also offer an eConsult service which you are able to access via the NHS app where you can submit both administrative and clinical forms which are then reviewed by our surgery team and you will receive a response explaining the action taken within 48 hours. Yesterday I went for a Covid jab However, last year I was quite ill and went to the surgery. I was seen straight away by Dr Ruth Hambleton. She was amazing and referred me to hospital. for treatment.

The Surgery is so well run by all who work there it’s excellent and unfortunately for them , with the increased building in the area it puts a lot of pressure on the surgery for all who work there . So of course it’s more difficult to get an appointment because the extra houses have loaded the surgery . The only difficulty for old people is negotiating the website but staff are always willing to help. Thank you for all you do .
