In the past my daughter did an e-consult and we were pointed to the service 111 however a quick phone call to the surgery enabled an appointment to be made in the next few days

I cannot really comment on getting an appointment as I haven’t tried for a long time.

The organisation for getting the Covid jab yesterday was excellent - no waiting and everyone very kind and helpful.
