This visit was for vaccinations which is always done very well and efficiently. But if I need a doctor's appointment that is a whole different matter. Not everyone knows before 8am and I have never yet managed to book one.
Suggested improvements
For vaccinations -nothing, it's great
For doctors - release appointments in the morning and the afternoon, enable people to book in advance and actually put some on the app as I have never seen any available there
