It is almost impossible to make an initial appointment. Follow up appointments made by a clinician are much easier.. My problem with my ear has been ongoing for probably weeks and only now being treated.

Suggested improvements
Diagnosis was immediate, the prescription authorised filled within 15 minutes which cannot be faulted. This should have been possible weeks earlier
