I have in the recent past hung on the phone for an hour, trying to get through to make an appointment, by which time all appointments were gone. On this occasion e-consult worked well for me.

Suggested improvements
The impossible - more doctors, more telephone lines, and an end to this ridiculous rule of ‘ring at 8 o clock’.

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. We continuously review and improve our appointment system to ensure we offer the most capacity for our patients.
