We’ve not had reason to call recently but we did have difficulty making an appointment when we last needed one. We also regret not being able to see the same Doctor each time for continuity. However, the service we receive is always excellent

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. Did you know we offer an econsult service? This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app. You are also able to request a particular GP which we will always try our best to accommodate where possible.
