Normally it is very difficult to get an appointment to see my particular GP. However, this appointment was for flu and covid jabs, I was called by the surgery when it was my turn, agreed a date and time, very easy. Thank you.
Suggested improvements
I was very happy with how everything was done, no waiting, no queueing, very quick. Excellent, well planned and well executed.
Today (the morning after) I feel fine. No side effects, no aching arm etc. Thank you.
