For an appointment you have to ring at 8am, the phone is always engaged and by the time you get through all of the appointments have gone. Once you got through to the receptionist you have to give a reason for your call and then wait for the Dr to ring you back one time I had to wait until 5pm, this is a ridiculous situation.
