When I asked for my prostate psa check I was refused due to it being done in oct 23 but I don’t understand why if bloods have been taken why I cant get an update at this time
The hca said they only do the test annually but I felt she didn’t listen to me or explain properly why this important test couldn’t be done at the same time as others
It was interesting to note that the whole annual check was concluded in 15 minutes which included the taking of blood
I felt that not enough time was spent discussing my current health
Just as an aside I am scheduled to check my psa with a charity run organisation who understand the frustrations caused by request for testing refusal
