It’s just pot luck at 8am to get an appointment for that day on the telephone. It does seem unlikely!
I’ve been very lucky so far but some people have to wait many days! Don’t know how you can improve it, too many people in our area!!

All your staff in the surgery are so pleasant and helpful. 10/10
