Make it easier for OAP's to get an appointment, most of us are behind the times technically and find it confusing. The receptionists are most helpful and are following rules, I do understand this.

I was seen on time and very quickly. I requested the appointment on Friday and was given one Monday which was great as it wasn’t an emergency. I was also able to check in for my son (usually it fails and I need to speak to reception)
