I have had the need to contact the surgery twice in recent weeks regarding queries / requests around prescriptions. I have left messages using the online service, as this is the most convenient way for me to communicate. Predominantly as it can be done later in the evening when I'm not at work.
I've been amazed at how efficiently and quickly the doctors have responded and helped. It has been incredible and I can't thank you all enough.
Suggested improvements
Nothing at all - I have been so impressed.
