I like the ability to order my prescription online and find booking appointments in advance easy online it makes it easier to choose a convenient time. The late night opening is very useful. The doctors all take time to listen and also accept that as a patient I have knowledge about my condition.

The appointment system is ridiculous. It is so difficult to get an appointment for either that day or in advance. There should be more advance appointments for issues that aren't urgent. Also the system of calling up at 8:30 in the morning does not work: it takes about 20 minutes to get through and by that time all the appointments have been taken.

I love the surgery, it's clean tidy and the facilities are great. The only thing I think needs to be improved is the way we as patients have to make appointments. We have to call the surgery at 8:30 and reality being it can be 8:45/8:50 by the time we get through and then all the appointments are generally taken by then! Their has to be a better system to make an appointment. I think the doctors are amazing, Dr Tew is my GP and I personally can not sing her praises high enough, I've been referred to a clinic at the hospital and her secretary even called me to let me know they date I would be seen by.

The doctors at Biddlestone listen to you and don't make you feel silly if you have a question. The receptionists are friendly. I don't like the system where you have to telephone on the morning for an appointment but if I'm worried about my baby they always try hard to get you an appointment either that day or the next.

I enjoy the fact that I can order our repeat prescriptions on the internet and pick them up at the chemist. They also have a system of advising us when the prescriptions are ready. Appointments made on the internet are not always easy however if require a follow up appointment in the future that is easy
