My appointment was made via a walk-in centre, which was an appropriate first call. Your receptionist helpfully explained how and with whom my appointment had been made. The information board informed me that an emergency was delaying my appointment by a few minutes. I then saw a doctor who was informative, helpful and trusting. I was even given the closing times of the local chemists. It was agreed that I should attend the Freeman Hospital on the Monday after my Friday appointment. Subsequent follow up at the hospital confirmed the decisions taken by your doctor at the practice. I cannot think how the last visit could have been improved or made more efficient. I have come to expect this high level of service from a well resourced and well maintained surgery and would certainly let you know if there were any problems.
