I find the surgery, in general very friendly. The appointment system works well and I like the efficiency of the clocking-in system. The receptionists have always been very helpful and the nurses I have encountered have all been really friendly, considerate and caring. However, the doctor I saw on my most recent visit left me feeling disappointed. I felt the doctor was patronising, he kept butting in when I tried to give him information about my symptoms, and as a result I was not able to give him my full story before I was shoo'd out the door. Following my visit I felt my symptoms had increased over the next few days, which could have been prevented had the doctor taken more time to listen to me. Next time I need a doctors appointment I will be sure to ask for a different doctor.
