I have been very satisfied with the way this practice is run. It’s usually easy to get a same-day appointment, and now that I’m old and find it difficult to get out of the house I have several times had home visits.
The doctors are friendly and seem concerned to do their best for you.
Improvements? Maybe a queueing system for calling by phone. And they should update their web site more frequently. I’m still listed as being under the care of a doctor who retired more than a year ago.
