Although this comment doesn't relate to my recent visit I would like to suggest that if appointments are given for 8.30am, the surgery opens slightly earlier-5 mins would be enough. I have had the unpleasant experience arriving in time for my appointment as requested, only to find that I have had to wait outside in the cold and rain with a number of others. These are not ideal conditions if one is already feeling ill.

Thankyou for your comments and I am pleased to inform you that we will be changing the time when we open the first set of doors to allow patients to shelter form the weather.
