All staff (doctors, nurses, receptionists) strike me as being helpful, kind, and anxious to do their best for you. My impression is that the doctors are careful and thorough in their examinations, and give you time to say all you want to say. Making an appointment by phone is a little tiresome, involving constant dialling, but I've never yet been unable to get a same-day appointment, so no serious complaint. Making an appointment online is easy to do, but there are not usually many available. Home visits are at least sometimes made by the regular doctors, which is a great advantage. It would be nice if it were always the case.
