Can always get a same day appointment if required but can be very difficult to get either a same day appointment or routine appointment with the doctor I prefer to see to ensure continuity of care and who is the most knowledgeable with regards to my medical history and treatment.
Advice is to ring after lunchtime unless you want a same day appointment, however, it can take a long time for the call to be answered and I may have to ring several times before I get a response.
Staff are always polite, pleasant and helpful. The surgery is excellent and everyone does a fantastic job despite the pressures the NHS faces.
Love the online system too. Would like to see more of this.
