I tried for 5 days and rang 14 times to try and get an appointment. Telephone lines open at 8.30 and the phone is constantly engaged every day until just after 9am,when you do get through all appointments for the day have been taken. you have to wonder if they take the phone off the hook. You cannot get an appointment for the next day. I finished going to A and E at the RVI . I am not one who goes to the doctors every week, I only try and go when necessary perhaps I have been twice in the last couple of years. I cannot remember when I was last there. My family and myself have been with this practice for almost 40 years.I have now changed Doctors.
