Everything is excellent except for the appointments system. Ringing up at 8:30 for a same day appointment is impractical and sometimes it is impossible to get an appointment.

I prefer to make my (non-urgent) appointments online but find that relatively few slots are given over to this method. An increased visibility of appointment slots would be appreciated

Some great practitioners here - the midwife, health visitor and Dr Tew in particular. Unfortunately some less good temporary doctors who haven't helped me at all. A suggestion for improvement would be a drop in health visitor clinic for babies as appointment system makes it difficult to be seen when you need.

I have been with this practice for 40 years.I feel it is a really good practice showing what is best in the NHS.It offers a wide range of in house services and all members of staff are helpful,patient and professional. Appointments can be obtained for on the day if required too in my experience.I feel the practice is very up to date and adapts to our changing environment.
