I’ve recently joined Beversbrook as a patient 29 months ago. I’ve always found the surgery to be more than helpful, the reception staff are excellent especially the two male staff. The thing that I do find difficult as I can imagine patients across the country, is continuity of the doctor, if you want to see the same doctor you more than often have to wait weeks/months at times. This is not a reflection on the surgery, guess it’s how the NHS works in today’s climate.

Typical delay to get an appointment to see a doctor 2weeks Practice has just appointed an advanced practitioner nurse who will filter patients who may need a more urgent consultation and can prescribe drugs etc. I booked my appointment on-line and on the remarks stayed chest pain. Due to previous history I was selected to see nurse the following day instead of a 12 day wait.

Fiona was wonderful today. Lovely and chatty and extremely professional too. So helpful and understanding.

Always had great service, almost always running on time, the practice nurse and GP’s I have met so far are always friendly and lovely.
