I visited Beversbrook Surgery today and was seen by Dr Helen Davidson who I believe is a locum. After receiving the usual friendly greeting by the receptionist, I was seen promptly. Dr Davidson was extremely helpful and understood my anxiety attached to a recent health worry. She explained things thoroughly and referred me to see a cardiologist to have some more tests done. She put my mind at ease and I was very happy by the way I was treated. Thank you!

A very good surgery. Appointment times are rarely adhered to...there is generally a reasonably long waiting time for the patient. That would be my main comment.

The Doctors are always courteous and listen to what you have got to say. And Mrs Hannah Waters the triage nurse is suberb

my son had appointment yesterday 2/4/19 at 1:20pm they prescribe him with antibiotics!! today 3/4/19 STILL wait for the medication!!!!!

Hi there, I am very sorry to hear this. We normally send our prescriptions via electronic transfer to the pharmacy of your choice. You can always check the status of any prescriptions through your Systm Online account, we can also provide you with proxy access for your son. You may be interested to know that you can also message us through Systm Online with any queries, for example to check if medication has been prescribed or to let your GP know if your symptoms have changed or persisted.
