The surgery is great and generally have good things to say about all aspects of the surgery and staff but twice now I have booked an appointment and received a confirmation text to confirm it only for the reminder text message to say a completely different day or time!! I mentioned this to the female receptionist and showed her the messages but she didn’t seem overly bothered.
