In regards to ease of getting an appointment, it can take a long time to get through on the phone, and it's not always possible to get to the surgery as I have mobility issues. There has been numberous times I've been waiting for 30ish minutes just to be hung up on. Making appointments online is ok if it's not an urgent one.

Suggested improvements
Need to bring back the SMS service to remind patients of appointments.

The phone are continuing to run with high volumes and we would like to confirm we welcome online messages which we will always try to reply to same day. If you need any online access please do say and we can set this up for you.
