55 minutes in the waiting room waiting for my appointment and still the only explanation is “running a little behind”. Appreciate things happen but no explanation on any possible delay on checking in and no updates ongoing. While sat waiting I overheard a fellow patient get a hard time for being 4 minutes late for her appointment !! Then finally see the doctor to be told it could have been done over the phone !legend they asked to see me in person
