I wanted to compliment the service my father received from Paul Draper yesterday. We have had concerns with my father over the weekend and Paul came out to visit my father at home to assess him. My father is used to Paul who regularly take his bloods. Paul was very kind towards my father and spent a while doing his observations. I cannot fault his care and understanding. Paul later phoned me to arrange a face to face appointment with the G.P.

Suggested improvements
I appreciate it was a Bank Holiday weekend but it is still tricky to get through on the phone to a receptionist. Once I did I found the receptionist very helpful.
