Required an urgent (private) appointment for progress with an adoption process. Handed a letter to reception in March. Two weeks later, called in to check on progress of appointment to find letter unopened still behind reception. A week later received a text message with an appointment date if 11th May. Others going through the progress in Wiltshire were able to get appointments in days, where as we had to wait more than two months at Beversbrook. Speaking to the adoption agency, this was the longest wait they’d heard of. Very poor service .

Suggested improvements
Opened a processed the letter quickly, respond to our calls/emails, processed our request quicker than two months, not charged my wife and I separately for attending the same 20-minute appointment (£120 each!). Overall a very poor service.
