I went through Doctorlink and was given an appointment. However I felt I needed to be seen quicker. Gemma,the lovely receptionist, dealt with my worries in a confidential manner and listened to what I had to say. I then received another appointment for the next day. (Thank you Gemma! Very much appreciated) Dr. Oraegbuna was also very lovely! Keep up the great work.

Suggested improvements
While I understand the use of Doctorlink, I feel it's not the best system. It doesn't give you an opportunity to explain things. eg.I had a gynaecological issue which really worried me because I have previously had problems. Nowhere could I get that point across. So my appointment was made for 10 days later. Until I spoke to Gemma.
