I make my appointments using the systm online service. As a working person I find this the most useful way of knowing appointment availability and making an appointment. However staff are helpful when an appointment is needed urgently or advice from a GP is needed. The GP I saw today (Dr Virdee)was excellent. He made me feel my health was important and was very reassuring. Although he was running a little behind schedule this was not a problem. The receptionist had informed me of this on arrival which was both polite and helpful and it also indicated to me of the supportive care and time the GP gives to his patients which was evident during my appointment where I was given time to talk and ask questions without feeling rushed.
