When I was waiting to book in today I witnessed another patient being rather rude to the reception staff. WHY!! Is there any need we all know it’s not their fault.

Get more phone lines it is a joke trying to get through

We are sorry to hear what you witnessed, our receptionists do often have difficult situations to handle and rudeness it not acceptable, they really do try their best to help.
