I had an ear problem. Phoned reception who arranged for a nurse to see me later the same day. She advised I needed medication and would arrange for a prescription to be available later the same day and call me to to advise as soon as it was ready for collection. Excellent service couldn't ask for more and the ear infection is clearing up nicely.
