I have needed to phone on many occasions and it takes far to long to get an answer. Sometimes it takes half an hour, but very rarely befor 20 minutes. This is very stressful especially when you're already feeling bad. Also the system on line does not allow to make appointments any more. It was much much better before the partnership with Patford. In fact, it was the best!

Suggested improvements
Answer the phone within 3 minutes. Change that dreadful message that constantly tells us, you know we are waiting. How can one telephone receptionist run three surgeries? Recently had paramedics here for my wife. They needed to talk to someone at the practice and they were holding on for over two hours.
