I have always found the staff to be very helpful and importantly, polite. The text message reminder service is very helpful and I imagine it reduces the number of missed appointments. The doctor was running late and my appointment was delayed by 45 minutes. This was my first appointment at the surgery so I hope it was just a one off. Dr Morris was excellent. He judged my understanding of my condition and explained what had gone wrong by drawing a simple diagram which I found very helpful. He suggested some strengthening exercises which will be easy for me to perform. I felt he was interested and took me seriously.
