Had to wait 2 weeks for a none emergency appt. Which then delays the referral for treatment and so delays improvement in symptoms

Thanks for your feedback, which is very helpful. I am sorry to hear that you felt you had to wait for an appointment and that this delayed your referral. We are constantly trying to reduce the waiting time for routine appointments and patient input is really helpful for this. One way which you may be able to obtain an earlier appointment is by using our Systm Online function through your own account. You can see a live version of our appointments system which means that you can book any appointments as they become available and take advantage of patient cancellations. We would be more than happy to assist you in setting up a Systm Online account if you don't already have one.
