I’d like to thank the staff at Beversbrook and Patford house for their help and support. When our guest from the United States caught Covid during his recent stay which developed into a chest infect and meant that his stay with us was much extended. As a result he ran out of his prescribed medicine . I asked the surgery for advice and Emmy Butcher, Melanie Cobb and Rebecca Rose-Lewis did their utmost to resolve the situation. When there were problems with the issued prescription Dr Astin drove to the pharmacy to personally authenticate the paperwork. Further help was provided by Dr Church on the following day when our guest needed a Fit to Letter. You really did go the extra mile. Grateful thanks from us and our guest.
