Tried to get an appointment after speaking to 111, who advised I needed to be seen by my GP surgery. Was told I needed to do Doctorlink. I explained I had done this, but was also advised by 111 to be seen. I was told by the receptionist that she couldn't offer me an appointment, and I would have to wait for Doctorlink to contact me for more information. For a Doctor surgery not be able to offer you an appointment, and have to wait for a questionnaire is beyond ridiculous. I do not understand how anyone can get a full summary from a few questions.

Suggested improvements
Get rid of Doctorlink! Or have appointments on the day for acute issues that receptionists can offer patients.
