Completed a Doctor Link and results said to be seen within 4 hours. No appointments were available so did have a further triage and the surgery said they would be in contact “in due course” I heard nothing further . Phoned following morning to chase up and was told the booking team would phone me later that morning; didn’t happen. Phoned again that afternoon and was told the booking team would phone me between 2-3 that afternoon didn’t hear anything further. Then phoned again was told it would be chased up and still nothing happened, haven’t heard anything. What a waste of my time? Has cost me an afternoon of wages that are needed.
